Realtime reporting is the method that a highly skilled court reporter utilizes to deliver instantaneous unedited transcripts to Court and counsel computers during court proceedings.

To receive realtime services, the following must be provided in advance of your proceeding:

  • Laptop computer and viewer software (CaseView, LiveNote, Bridge, etc.)
  • Please make arrangements with us to test your equipment.
  • Provide witness names and unique terminology.

The unedited rough-draft transcript's accuracy is affected by the conduct of the participants in the case.  Since the court reporter's sole responsibility is as guardian of the record, when the reporter does speak up, it is in the best interest of the record to recognize and acknowledge the problem and resolve it.

Remember, when the last words have been spoken, all that remains is the record.

See "Services" page for Realtime rates.
